Terms of Service

By engaging FadsMedia for development services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Payment Terms

• Monthly Plan: 50% setup fee due before work begins; monthly billing thereafter
• Custom Built App: $999.99 setup fee initiates the 100-day build
• All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD)
• Invoices due within 14 days of issuance

Refund Policy

Setup fees and completed work are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel before development begins, contact us within 48 hours of payment to discuss options.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive full ownership of custom code and assets developed for your project. FadsMedia retains portfolio rights unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Canadian law. Disputes will be resolved through Canadian courts or arbitration as mutually agreed.
